Delivery & Returns
Delivery estimates, shipping charges and return options are shown by our shopping partner for your chosen item and address. Review them in the purchase tab before you place an order.
Track a delivery.
Open the order in the account used at checkout. The order details show the available tracking and delivery updates. If the delivery needs attention, use the help option associated with that order.
Request a return or replacement.
Find the item in your order history and select its available return or replacement option. Eligibility, deadlines and instructions depend on that purchase. Follow the address and packing instructions supplied in the return process.
Do not send a parcel to an address found elsewhere online. Start with the instructions attached to your order.
A damaged or incorrect item.
Keep the packaging and a clear photo of the item if needed. Use the order-help option to explain what arrived and what you expected. Do not share order numbers in public reviews or public messages.
